As of last night my computer crashed during a “system update”.. thank you blue screen of death.. and as of now.. i hate dell.. in general, and every single person who SUCKS at english.. so now i have to wait until my system disk gets here and they’re also sending me another hard drive.. this will make # 3… # 2 is in my computer and the origional is in my car because my city doesnt have DHL service.. its super fun.. could today get anymore aggravating? and to make it worse today is the first day of my regime diet and exercise program.. and needless to say it is not going well.. but today i ordered Wu-Yi Tea online for like $5 dollars (and then cancelled everything) so i get the month trial and hopefully no reprocussions.. we shall see.. but they also gave me like a tip book so i wanted to make a post of the tips incase anyone is interested.. they’re all pretty much like common knowledge but it might be nice for me to have a reminder on here as to why the hell im putting myself through this..
okay so here is today stats
as of this morning i weigh 173.8 lbs
I have had :
A Chocolate Biscotti and a Venti Java Chip Frap = 800 cal and not a very good start
my BMR is -2230 because i walk around on a very hilly campus, the BMR breakdown is this
find your day below and start with negative calories at that amount
Light: Sitting Around = -1911 cal
Moderate: Standing and Moving = – 2070
Heavy: Walking A Lot or Lifting = -2230 cal
And this morning I went to the gym and did my Eliptical Machine for 28 min. and burned around 279 calories and then i did weights and abs and burned around another 83. And I had a powerade which was + 150 calories.
so as of now (post lunch) I am at a total of 950 calories for the day and my goal is to weigh 165 lbs. by the end of october so i have to eat 807 fewer calories per day than my body burns so i have a food budge of 1785 calories for dinner.
The hardest part of this entire thing is that i have a very hectic life and its really hard to get food that is not fast food when i am in a hurry. we will see how i do.
Anyways I will post later but i have a test wednesday in Business Law so i have to copy notes and study for now!
